EGR valve question....which one??
Hey...I just picked up another manifold....its a Holley 300-64. This manifold has an egr provision on it and I have to run it where I live. Now the question I have is does anyone know what type of egr I need to run with this...ie positive or negative. Holley is absolutly no help and the old one will not fit the passage holes do not line up etc.
Oh ya...btw.....its on an 89 L03.

Most of the TBIs I've seen use a positive backpressure EGR. Most of the TPIs I've worked on use a negative backpressure EGR, mine included. Either way, you should be able to find a larger stamped "P" or "N" on the stock valve to help identify it.
