Tire's squeal?
I got the tires to squeal a couple times from a stop on my 86 V6. Heres what I done: I came to a stop sign pulling out of a parking lot that was on an incline. Once i came to a complete stop I just floored it and it let out a nice tire chirp. I never thought it would be able to do it. The hill was the only thing that helped it though as it would never do it on the flat.

I'm with two out of three of you. My tires don't chirp. They have once. I just was wondering if my car was gutless. It has good take off but not spin. I guess that's actually good. I have new tires on there so they're gripping well.

BAH. I have done weight reduction and tuneup as my only "mods" to my 86 firebird. with my 2.8 / m5 I can roast them in first, bark second hard, and even chirp third. (power shifting).
My friend has an 88 firebird m5 and he can chirp second. His tranny is going out though
With an auto it would be almost impossible.
