Cutting out probs just got strange
I've been having a cutting out problem with my car, based on whats happening, I know its fuel or spark related, but that doesn't narrow it down much. Heres the deal, When I'm stopped and let out the clutch to go, the check engine light flashes, and the car cuts out, then goes. If I hit the brakes with somewhat decent force, it cuts out then too, check engine light flashing when it bogs, does anyone know what this is? I just put an MSD blaster coil on it yesterday, but its been doing that since b4 that. Any help would definately be appriciated!!! See below for details on the car.

Check engine light coming on should set a trouble code. Check that and let us know.

Well, itsgetting stranger and stranger. The really started going to crap, got it bac to work today on lunch, and it wouldn't start back up! Turn the key on, no check engine light comes on like it should, fuel pump won't kick on, and a scanner won't connect to the computer, so i thought thats my prob, the ecm. But, I disconnected it and the battery, hour or so later put it all back, and the car starts right up! WTF?????? Thinkin maybe a component on my ignition system is goin FUBAR, or getting hot and then going FUBAR. I'll have to drive it some after work to get everything back into the computer, but does anyone have any ideas?

I drove it after work and it drives beautifully, better than before!!! Maybe just a bad connection that i solved when i unplugged the computer and plugged it back in?

But I can't see how a bad battery connection would act like that, unless you mean a bad connection somewhere else, becuz the motor would crank.
