I HAVE LOUD TAPPING NOISE CUMMING FROM THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE OF THE MOTOR. AT FIRST I FIGURED A LIFTER BUT THEN I NOTICED IT ONLY STARTED TAPPING AT CERTAIN TIMES LIKE ONLY WHEN THE ENGINR IS WARM, AND ONLY ABOVE 2000 RPM WHEN THE THROTTLE IS STATIONARY. IF I LET OFF THE GAS IT STOPS IF I PUNCH IT IT STOPS. BUT UNLESS IM FLOORING IT OR STOPING, IT MAKES THE NOISE. AND IT ONLY DOES IT IN GEAR BUT IT CANT BE THE TRANSMISSION BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN REBUILT TWICE (FOR OTHER REASONS) BUT THE TAPPING IS STILL THERE

Your problem sounds like a cracked flex plate to me.
