How easy it..i do have a tilt column. What do I do? Any tricks to doing it?

It's a piece of cake. Remove the black trim ring, then locate the two 10mm nuts holding the white cluster into place. They will be in the pockets near the SES and Seat Belt lights. After those are removed, the cluster should move a little. Now remove the lower dash panel near the ALDL. Once that's off, locate the black speedo cable running from the firewall to the gauge cluster. jam yourself as far into the footwell as possible and reach up to the back of the gauges and disconnect the speedo cable by pressing the metal clip forward while you tug lightly on the cluster with the other hand. It'll unclip and the cluster will come forward. Now just play with it until it comes out around the steering wheel. To put the new one in, get it around the steering wheel (this is the hardest part) and as you slide it into place, make sure the speedo cable clips into place. Once you push the cluster into place, the speedo cable will prevent it from coming back out if it's connected properly. Then just put everything back together.
