when I try to start car,nothin,just engine light, I have a newer starter from the dealer (almost 2 yrs) the ecm fuse is ok, I moved it out of the garage around 10 ft installed a radio, then the car died on the spot

Did you install the radio with the battery hooked up, or disconnected? When you mentioned that the card died on the spot, did you actually cut any wiring with the car idling?
Before you do anything.... check the fusible link located near the starter, and if it's okay, just scan through the fusebox and make sure that all of the fuses are good (just to eliminate any other possibilities).
If it's not turning over at all.... it's more than likely the fusible link down by the starter.
