Finally Figured It OUT!!!
Today was such a nice day out I decided to give it one more go and figure out why my car wouldn't start. I looked at everything. I was getting spark and fuel so I didnt know what else it could be besides timing. So today I turned the distributor as far clockwise as I could and it started, didnt run very well but it started. So i began to take the cap off and noticed that the rotor was cracked. Well the little point on the end of the rotor shifted sideways so it wasnt catching many plugs. So I went to the local auto parts store and purchased a new rotor for 3 and some change. Now it runs pretty decent... not the best but an inprovement!
Great. Now if you reset the base timing, you have a chance of it running even better.
Also, you should make sure the distributor cap is in good condition, meter the spark plug wires, remove, clean, and regap (or just replace) the spark plugs, check all filters (especially air and fuel), and clean the throttle body, you should have the beginnings of a tune up. After that, inspect the vacuum hoses for problems, and repair anything you find wrong.

well there is no more throttle body b/c i replaced it w/ a road demon. the vaccum lines are a mess b/c i dont know where they go or have the spots for them and well using a distributor with points just sucks.
