What heads and cam??

Hey guys I am getting new heads for my car eventually and I was wondering what your think woudl make more power. Ok well its a 9:1 350 bored .060 over. I was going to swap my cam out for an XE274 and a set of Vortec heads with the guides machined and a performer RPM intake. My other idea was, swap out my cam for an XE274 and get a set of Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads with the 2.02 valves and use my performer rpm intake. One more question. If i was to switch to a holley 650 or even an edelbrock 650 do you think my car woudl run better?? thanks for your opinions. I will show my sig so u see what i have now. thanks again

As of now, it seems like you have way too much carb for your setup. I'd go with the Vortec swap, and if you can do a little work on both (porting) I'd keep the 750. As far as cam, I am not too sure on the one you listed, so I cant really confirm it. But the heads/intake are a great combo, and should use that 750 a lot better then your current combo, gas mileage wont really change much though, just get it tuned right, and hope for the best as far as mileage, more power means more fuel.
