What's max lift on a stock 1.5 rocker

.450 lift should be fine. I used some stock ones with a .460 lift cam once. I see your from KY. What part? Have you heard of the Heartland Camaro Club?
there is no real max lift with factory rockers, but it does get to the point where having them would be pretty foolish. actually factory rockers aren't all that good anyway so for any sort of preformance application you ought to consider up grading, even to cheap roller tip rockers

The factory rocker ratio is really 1.46, not 1.5
