I know it's the g-tech, but here is the baseline

I made a few g-tech runs tonight as I am trying to learn how to tune a carb and wanted a baseline. I also have tranny problems, fuel system issues, and the 87 suspension in place (winter projects). So, as is, the car is pretty out of tune. I ran a 15.5 @ 103 (e.t.s hurt when you can't hit second) and a 14.1 @ 107 - I know it is a g-tech but hope to hit ~108 next spring at the track (suspension, tuning, and tranny). At any rate, I fell a little better about the car now. I need to update my sig, but the IROC has the gmpp 350 w/ vortec heads, XE268 cam, 650dp, ect. (I've launched this car like 6-7 times so far, my 60' times would suck). 108 sound reasonable ? later . . .

87 IROC, 350/5 speed.
89 formula, L98.

107 Is Way fast For 14.7
But thats what Gtech's are known For, being a little High on the trap.

But Ive heard that they are great For just what You are using Them For, Establishign a baseline to Tune from

And I dont think your going to hit a 108 trap untill you Find the 13's
