Well, i finally made it to the track this Saturday. My fastest run was a 14.85 @ 93 mph spinning my tires off the line. Its an 89 L98/auto GTA w/ 106,000 miles on it. Surprised the hell out of me! I also have an exhaust off an 83 T/A (dual crossflow style) which I'm sure is slowing me down. I ran into a guy there with an 88 Z28 that has a set of 3.45 gears for the borg-warner rear. Do you guys think it will make much of a difference if i put the 3.45's in place of my 3.27's? What do you guys think?

It really depends on how many RPMs you're turning when you cross the finish line. If you're down kinda low in the RPM range, swap 'em out for a steeper (numerically higher) set. If you're getting close to red-line with the gears you've got now and you swap 'em for a steeper set you might loose some time...
