Smog Check II and OBD I
To anyone who has gone through the treadmill smog check, BAR-97. Do they plug into the on board diagnostics for OBD I cars?
From the reading I have done it seems that they do monitor the ECU for OBD II cars but I have not found a difinitive answer for OBD I cars.
