while sitting in the car on quite nights i realize this humming or constant moaning noise coming from directly in front of me in the drivers seat it fluctuates a little with rpm , have new alternator and packed bearings, but like i said it sounds like its right in front of me. not sure if its inside or out. its not to loud or anything, just wondering anybody else experience this???
