Timing needs to be adjusted?
So I took my car to the mechanics because it was overheating, stalling, and didnt have as much power as before. He said he adjusted the timing because it was off a few degrees. I get it back, and it ran great! for a few weeks. Now it is back to the same old crap, only not stalling. Does the timing need to be adjusted? or is there a vacuum leak somewhere?

might be your fuel injector(s). Or your carbs choke is stuck on and very well could be your timing is retarding itself, or a coil in the distrib.
few diff things, is it backfiring?
