car dies while driving
while driving it will just sometimes suddenly die.
When it dies, it does start right back up, usually means the problem is electrical 'cause the absence of fuel typically creates the need to crank the car longer until the fuel system re-primes its self. I already replaced the starter solenoid because it was broke (literally, the bolt the wires screw onto broke off) and when i would start my car, you would hear massive clicking. now i rarely hear a click when i start my car, if not at all. im gonna try tightning the bolt more just in case.
I'm starting to think replace the whole starter?
the alternator is brand new so that is not a factor either.

Mine does that too!!!!
I don't know why but I'll be driving down the road and the stupid car just shuts off and starts right back up again. Sometimes it will flash the check engine light but then the light goes away on the way home and the code doesn't flash back when I try and check it.
Who knows what the hay.
If anyone ever finds out let me know.

how long since a plug/cap/rotor and coil replacement?
you can test the alternator by putting a volt meter on the battery terminals, ifs it below 13, your alt is poop, new or not they can go bad.
your choke on? does it have a stumble, any other symptons u notice?
