I was curious if i was to rebuild a 350, could i slap this puppy on there and put in my car? It comes with a computer, 02 sensor, wiring harness. I have tbi right now, so all i would do is just replace my computer, 02senor, and wiring harness, and everything should work? Or is something more that i am missing to this problem?

You "could".
It's not exactly a "replacement" computer. You'd need your factory computer for the cruise control, for instance. But, it would otherwise work.
Since you have a 5-speed, that eliminates one problem that goes with making the factory computer brain-dead - torque converter lockup. You do realize it doesn't have the distributor you need, and your TBI distributor won't work.
