will 87 tpi intake fit older heads?

Will the intake off an 87 tpi system from a 305 fit my older non-centerbolt heads?

No. Not as it sits.

But you can easily elongate the center 2 holes on each side, then it will fit fine.

just be careful not to elongate them so much that you cut into the lifter valley. the person who did mine before I got my car did this and it had a major oil leaks around the center bolts.
