I just posted this in the trans board by mistake, but where should the jack stands be. It will be suspended for a some time while various jobs are done to it.
I assume that in the rear the best way would be at the frames and not the axle but how about the front..??

BTW the engine is not in at the moment.

 

Put them under the K-member, next to the front control arm bushing.
