Noise from front of the engine

Hey guys
I have this wierd noise coming from the front of the engine where the water pump is. I thought it was the water pump so I changed it and that took care of some of it. Now it sounds like its coming from behind the water pump. Could it be the timing chain. If so do you guys have any tips on changing one. I have no clue what else it could be.

BTW the noise is only present at idle and low rpms.

The noise is not a squeal but it itsn't really a rattle either. Its not the belts or any other pullys. I'm almost positive its from inside the engine, but not sure what it is. Thanks for the reply.

It sounds like something is loose or like there is to much play somewhere. That is why i think its the timing chain.
