4th gen fuel pump problem

ok i know this isnt a thirdgen, but i had no one better to ask.

my g/f just got a 95 v-6 camaro we bought it for 1k knowing that there was a fuel pump problem. well after countless hours and beating of the car, i got the pump out. i changed it and tried testing it. the resister works fine and checked out, but i found out that there is no power even getting to the fuel pump, i took a voltmeter to check from the plug coming out of the bottom of the car and there is no juice from the power wire. i started looking for the fuel relay and all but i was unable to find that to check......does anyone know how i can fix this problem so the fuel pump will turn on...

If I'm not mistaken that relay is under the dead pedal on the drivers side floor pan, good place for it huh.
