AFR's vs pro action
AFR's vs pro action

ok now for the purpose of this thread.. which would make more power on a turbo'd 400 sbc with stealth ram?

They don't.
They can't.
Depends on which ones you get. Some AFRs will outdo some Pro Actions, and vice-versa. The transmission model doesn't affect head performance though, I can assure you of that. If it did, I'm sure the Turbo 400 in my land yacht (74 Caprice convertible) would be helping out the 454 in front of it. And I don't see it happening.
It makes the most sense to pick your parts as a system. If you run the Stealth Ram, you're going to be intake-limited to around 425-450 HP. Doesn't make sense to pick heads with much more flow than that.
What are you building?

no no no, not a TH400... a turbocharged 400 sbc... but im not sure bout the 400 yet.. i am in the very beginning of the buildup and have not really decided on anything.. i have a stock vortec 350, and a stock mass air 88 350 tpi unit.... i also have a T-78 turbo... im debating between a 350, 377 (destroked 400), or 406, and the stealth ram or LT1 (i want the highest flowing intake for the same approx price of the stealth ram/LT1) the turbo wont boost till about 3000-3500 RPMs and to have a decent powerband i need to turn 6500-7500 RPMs
