Dented HEaders

Any way to get the dents out of headers to replace them to their original form? Without sending them back to the factory or buying new ones ? Is there any way i could set up something to protect my headers like a metal plate?!?!

you might be able to draw the dents out by heating the dent with a welding torch. it's hard to explain how to do it, you get a "feel" for it after a while. heat the dent and let it cool down, lot of times the metal will come back. if not try again with little more heat. don't get scared if at first it gets worse before it comes back, but that happens more on structural steel.
