Hi guys....This may not be the right form for this problem, but I know the most knowledgable guys surf through here. Here's the problem for 88 GTA w/ pulse wipers. The wiper arms are only stroking about 1" of windshield. The WW motor runs, but the crank arm off the motor (in the cowl) has no effective crank throw, leading me to believe something is broken in WW motor assy. Would it be best to replace the entire motor assy or is there a repair kit for whatever is broken in the motor linkage. Also, what is a good parts source & ~ price for whatever you guys recommend.

go down to AutoZone and get a new wiper motor, they aren't too expensive.. they should have one with a LTW too..

i work there, they've got good prices..

 

Auto Zone carry's Wiper Motors?
I need one, well not the motor but I need the delay piece for the motor. Do they carry that too?...if not where can I get one?...My wipers work fine but my delay does not work. I have replaced the turn signal switch that has the delay on it but my delay dont work. How can I fix that?
