MODIFIED UPSHIFT VALVE ?
I RECENTLY ORDERED THE GM VERSION. I WAS WONDERING HOW IS THIS THING INSTALLED. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO HELP ME.
I COULD ALSO USE ANY TIPS THAT YOU CAN GIVE ME

Car: 1986 Firebird
Engine: 2.8 V6
Transmission: 700R4
Find an "ATSG Manual" on the internet, here's a link: http://transbuilder.com/store_atsg.html
http://www.naparts.com has them for $12 or so.
You'll be replacing the "TV Sleeve". The GM Service Manual at http://www.helminc.com will also have the ATSG stuff, but this book's about $70 if you don't already have it.
