Accident, NEED repair estimates other miscellanious advice

Ok, so we had an altercation tonight..
We're driving down a road doing 25mph white honda prelude runs a stop(or rolls rather) see's us coming and speeds up to get around us... Meanwhile, we're driving a 98 Chevrolet Cavalier because my 89 Gta Trans am is "hibernating" We see them, apply brakes, swerve to the left to avoid them , while they are speeding up impact was probably made withing the range of 5-10 mph
Took his whole front bumper, ****ing import.. And our right front quarter aswell as bumper are dented in
So, how much for the bumper(new), and how much to pound out front quarter? Not really bad some pounding would do the trick...
Exchanged info, his fault completely he doesnt want to go thru insurance... my back hurts... Maybe i can finally procharge my 350

Any other info would be appreciated

Screw him... if your back hurts and your car is damaged then get ahold of his company and do what you have to if you're not to blame. Your car gets fixed for free, your medical gets paid. You could have long term problems due to his ignorance (import owner - go figure) and how long will he foot the bill if you have problems?
We all get stucking paying insurance. That's what it's there for.

At least a grand if you want it done right. Qtr panel damage can be tricky.....did the hood suffer any damage? What about the wheel assembly. I kinda agree with Brian...make the other guys insurance deal with it.

Visible damage is one thing, stuff that you dont see until it breaks a month from now is another. Call the insurance company and have everything checked out. Better to CYA now than pay for it later.

man u should have got the cops up in there...especially since it was his fault AND he didnt want insurance. you will have a HELL of a time getting money from him/his insurance with no police report. at least go to the station and fill out an unofficial report. they will tell you that no investigation will be done by their police force but it will be something on record. and you better do it now before he goes there and tells some bullcrap story about YOU running a light. never ever ever ever trust people...esp. an import driver nah j/k i dont trust anyone...too much scamming goin on right now, you need to check your ***

GTA-, I am not familiar at all with Canadian law, however, without an acident report you can not hope to defend yourself should something come up. Without filing a report (police do not need show up to minor accidents in certain states here) and notifying your insurance company, you open yourself up to liability should a claiom by the other driver ever surface. Regardless of damage, always report it.
