Please help!! Car won't start.

I have a 92 305 TBI.
Engine cranks. Getting good fuel pressure, no spark, no fuel from injectors. Power to coil. All fuses good. I have done all the basic diagnostic that I can think of and am completly stumped.
Possibly VATS? I am not quite sure how it works but I think that it shuts down spark and fuel.
Please help.

Thanks,
David
