Will my computer flip out if I do this???

I want to remove my smog pump because it is making a really annoying rattling sound but before i do i just wanted to know if it would mess up the O2 sensor or any of the stupid computer crap before i start ripping. I figure after 110,000 miles its not doing much help anyway, but i just want to make sure. Thanks!

Your computer does not care if any part of your AIR system is missing. If you remove it you'll have to get the shorter belt also. Look in the tech articles.
