Head gaskets to use with a regular block and aluminum heads???

I am pretty sure that regular gaskets suffice for installing aluminum heads on a iron block, but I want to make sure. My Dad is having his buddy come to assemble my 355 in the next couple days and he asked me if the Fel-Pro's that came in the Gasket kit will be able to be used.

There aren't any special gaskets needed to mate these two different surfaces are there????

No. Nothing special needed. Just about any compositon-type head gasket will work (Fel Pro, for instance). Some aluminum head manufacturers don't recommend steel-shim type head gaskets but I don't use them regardless.
