how to tell if you have a coolant leak

i just resently made a throttle body bypass and am not sure if it is leaking, i watched it run and there was'nt a big leak but the tube looked like it might have been slowly leaking i just wanted to know if there would be any signs if it gets really bad

OK, I'm confused...

If it leaks.....its leaking.

Seriously, keep an eye on the area you worked on, if you see any coolant leaking at all, its too much.

If you have any anti-freeze in your cooling system, you will most likely smell it. It has an odor that you will never forget.

i thought that it might have been slowly leaking out but then after i drove it today i noticed that there was'nt any leakage

and yes i will never forget that smell i forgot to relive the pressure and the anti-freeze went all over my hands

You can get a pressure testor. It works nice. The car is cool, yet the radiator gets pressurized. Watch the gage, if pressure drops, look for the wet spot.
