Why wont my runners bolt up to my intake?

Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3:27
Why wont my runners bolt up to my intake?
I got my edlebrock base on and as&m runners but the inside bolt on the diver side holding the runner is WAY off I'm like 1/8 inch off of where the bolt goes into the runner. Any suggs?

It fits perfect on my stock intake but i am having probelms with the Edelbrock one. Can I grind the hole out bigger on the Base?

I suppose you could, did you get the right year manifold? I don't know if it makes a difference, but I never heard anybody have this problem.
