lean mixture?

Ok fokes, here comes my next questionf for ya.

Car was runing real rich, had a shop replace the coolant temp sensor, car started up and ran.

now it seems when the engine starts to warm up a little 160 or so, if u listen you hear the engine rev up then drop off, allmost like it is going to stall out. The SES light comes on. A little while later the light goes off again, but then turns back on.

The temp dosent seem to be getting to the magical 220 mark.

My defrostar isnt working, not sure if this is related or not. The defrostar does kick on once and a while then shuts off again

Had a shop but the computer on there, came up with lean mixture, allthough I dont trust the shop very much.

Does this sound right?
What to fix it? o2 sensor?

thank in advance I know(or at least hope and pray) you can help me.

check to see if a vacume hose/line got pulled off when they replaced the coolant sensor that can and will cause a lean condition. there are so many things that can effect what the pcm is seeing. just start with the simple things like that first. also check you coolant level (don't open the rad. cap while hot) let us know what you find and go from there.
