I'm looking for ways to up the performance and not spend a lot...lot o bills right now any suggestions?? Thanks for all!

nitrous is the cheapest way to get any real performance.... for $500 you have a couple choices,
full exhaust pick up .2 in the 1/4
nitrous (100-150 shot) pick up 1.0-1.5 in the 1/4
cheap heads (vortecs, etc) pick up .2-.3
cold air and other bolt ons, pick up .2-.3

and if you have all the extra safety accessories nitrous can be safe and reliable power

More displacement... Find someone who has a good deal on a running 350.

Replace your stock TBI with a stock TPI. You should be able to find a whole TPI setup for an easy swap on EBAY for less than $500 bucks. You'll be much faster.
