Spark Plug Twisted Off

While replacing my spark plugs, one of them sheared off. Now i have the bottom half of the plug still in the head without anything to wrench onto. What would be the best way of getting this out and keeping debris out of my cylinder?

Yeah, you've got nothing to loose. .....Craftsman sells a drill bit that takes striped screws out..

heres a thought...you can weld a nut to it, and use a socket to take it out.

there are sockets made for rusted/stripped bolts. sears and snap on both sell them. just drive the socket on and ratchet it off. it'll dig in as you turn it.

I twisted # 7 plug off and just left the threads in the head.
I took an "easy out" and had it welded on to a socket. It was then pretty ease since I was able to use a ratchet and just back the threads out. I then took compressed air and blew out the cylinder just in case a shard of metal dropped inside.
Luckily it wasn't #8
