T56, 2.73 gears and L03... anyone done it?
im assuming its goign to be a total dog off the line, but i should be able to drive it from a stop without a problem for a while right?
or will it be like trying to drive from 2nd gear all the time and be impossible for the L03?
im putting in a diffrent rear when the new motor goes in (probly before), so i really dont want to spend $ putting gears into a 10bolt that im just going to swap back out...
will it even move with thoes gears and the taller T56 first?

good fuel economy..... haha thats funny
anyways, yeah they 6th gear wont do shizzle beucase you'll never need that ar unless your going like 120 or so, wont usually be doing so though.
woah that pooped a question in my head, with my 4 speed auto why does it only let me shift by myself into 1, 2, 3 on the sifter plate? isn't 4th a gear i would need or what?

With 4.10's your running 2000, with right tire diameter at 82mph
You will be at 110 or so before you can really use it
It will work though, just put the gears in as fast as possible.

lol, guys im not really worried about overdrive, just if the car will have enough power to overcome the gearing from a stop, uphill, with it loaded down to the max....
so will it move, or will i be slipping the clutch just to get it going?

It will be a PITA to start from a dead stop. Blue92RS put a T-56 behind is 2.73' geared L03 and wasted the clutch because of the slippage starting from a dead stop.
He has 3.73's now and its all better, but he still needs a new clutch.
