Main Bolt question for shortblock??

Hey guys I bought a shortblock and my old motor witch only had like 7000miles on it blew up and I have ARP bolts throughout this thing.Well I was thinking should I use my arp main cap bolts on the new short block or just leave the bolts that they put on there on??My dad said leave it cause its done but Its not like its alot of work lol. I just wanted to know if they migth be streched or if it will actually make anything stronger? Also same question for head bolts, I have ARP off the blown motor and the Vortec head kit i ordered from SDPC comes with new stock ones so should I use new stock or slightly used ARP?? thanks guys

I went with studs. If you change from bolts to studs you will need an align hone to have it properly done.

if it's stock type engine there's nothing to be gained changing and you run small risk of messing something up. if there's a warrenty you may void it.
