squeak at 2000 rpm in first gear ONLY

I have a squeak at 2000 rpms only in first gear. It goes away under 2000 and over about 2200 rpms.
Sounds like a loose belt but I checked them (only have two, power steering and alternator) and they are fine.
Any ideas?
