I have a 86 LB9,and the mileage seems to be around 15-17mpg,and its a 305!!!What can I do to improve this??Spark plugs??coil distribitor???What is the normal mileage for these cars???I think it should be around 20-22mpg??

If you drive like most of us, you can probaly stand on that gas pedal a little less and save quite a bit of gas.
I figured that out when my wife was getting twice the gas mileage I was in my 89 iroc.
