What diameter pushrods are in an LO3?

I am trying to put together some 416 heads and am having a hard time trying to find everything I need for them. I need guides, seals, valves, retainers, etc. I don't know what sizes to get. Can someone help me out. My motor isn't apart yet, so I can't look in there and see what I have. I would appreciate any help you guys could give me. Thanks.

It's easy to back off a rocker adjusting nut while counting the number of turns, tip the rocker out of the way, and remove a push rod. If they are stock push rods, they should be 5/16" (0.312").

THe rockers that I bought are for use with 3/8" studs....does that also mean that I need a 3/8" pushrod? Also, what is the diameter of the stock valves on 416's (I have to find new seals and guides)? Thanks.

The stud diameter is completly independant from the valve stem and pushrod diameter. Any pushrods will work with the 3/8 rockers. Any dealer should be able to give you the guides and seals for the 416 heads. Just tell them what you have.
