Compression Test?

I am wanting to know how I can do a compression test on my car to see if I might have a small leak in my head gasket. I dont seem to be loosing any antifreeze I just notice some bubbles that are staying in the radiator. I have some leak sealer in there that I put in there quite a while ago and I don't know if with this in and the flow of the antifreeze through the engine is causing it to bubble or if there is a leak around the exhaust part of the head causing some air to leak in. If anyone can help please let me know.

remove all the plugs, open the throttle plates, screw compression adapter into cylender attach to gage, turn key for few seconds, maybe 10. record readings amd compare. you can also use an combustion gas detector at the radiator or over flow tank. actually using both is a good method, sort of a fail safe method.
