Performer RPM head help
I am planning on getting Edelbrock performer RPM heads for the engine I am building. I want to run a Victor Junior intake with them. Are they a good match or should I look into the victor Jr. heads? I am also wondering what spec cam would go good with htis combo. I was looking at the edelbrock cam with these specs:
Adv. Duration: 308°/318°
Duration @ .050'': 234°/244°
Gross Lift: .488''/.510''
Lobe Sep.: 112°
My plans are to down the road run a centrifugal supercharger. Do you think this combo will work for that? I was thinking maybe get them same cam specs with a 114° lobe seperation. Any help guys?

I'm not a huge fan of any of the Edelbrock heads. In the same price range you can buy better performing heads.
As for the combo, you should have no problem making some big power with a decent amount of boost and still be very streetable. You could look into some of Crane Cams blower grinds ...They have some very similar grinds on 114*

If you are buying new I would go with a different brand heads. But if your buying used, edelbrocks can be picked up for $500 or so easily. I am biased to AFR heads as are most, the 195s I had were OUTSTANDING! They are about the same as Victor Jr heads anyways
You can get them here for $1251 with free shipping Your compression is the kicker here, Cams are cheap. Get one to match your current setup and then when it comes time to add forced induction, do a cam swap at the same time. You will be happy 100% of the time this way.
