Vortec Heads or LS1 or Trick 23* ????
Which flows better, and what are the differences in intake/exhaust valves?

Ill save you some trouble...
Sounds like you have a SBC. The Vortec heads will need to be modified to use or you gotta use a Vortec intake. They flow quite well for a stock head.
LS1 heads wont fit any SBC, I dont care what you try and do to it. No point in researching them unless you put the whole motor in your car.
