Basically I need a scan/diagnostic tool to tell me rich/lean condition, O2 sensor voltage, etc..blahblah

Is the Auto-xray capable of this? I'll be using it to tune for part/WOT.

The auto x-ray is an excellent tool but it's only as good as the sensors you have on your car. If your sensors are capable of providing the info you need, the x-ray will read them. It will read rich/lean conditions as well as 02 sensor voltage.

I use mine to check for codes, TPS voltage, etc.

 

I agree with Mike. The Xray is not only a tool you can use to fine tune your engine, but great for solving driveability problems. It will give you readouts for

Vehicle speed,
Engine rpm,
Airflow (MAF equipped cars),
Block learn,
Integrator,
Knock disable,
Knock retard,
Timing advance,
Coolant temperature,
Air temperature,
Engine run time, &
Injector pulse width

to name a few. I've e-mailed you a spreadsheet that I use at the track to fine tune my engine with the Xray.
