416 or 186

Ok, i have both casting 416 and 186. Both are bare sets and both have access. bolt holes. Im going for a higher lift cam. Which head can be worked to get the better flow?

This is going on a 355

One of the bst choices with flat-tops; the 416 will result in very high compression, too high for pump gas
