LG4 Heads vs. 186's

I am building a 350 for my 87' Trans Am and since I am somewhat of a limited budget right now I need to save some money and OEM heads are the best option for right now. The motor is going to be fairly healthy, most like 370-410 horse using something like a Comp 268H or up but what I need to know is which heads the LG4's I have right now with full porting or the 186's with full porting will flow better? The valves on the LG4's would be fully opened up to with a 30 degree intake seat (is that possible?) of course. I know the LG4's will bump up compression significantly but since I haven't selected the pistons yet it is not much of a deal since I can build the compression to where I want it anyway.
Thanks for your help
Rob
