First one - don't do it. You're downgrading to flat-tappet lifters, which ain't all bad, but why? You'd need new pushrods too, by the way.
You could do okay with the bottom Elgin one on the second link. But, stock TBI heads are pretty much maxed out with the factory cam, so doing all this without replacing the heads is bound to lead to disappointment.
