Felpro positive valve seals on the exhaust
Assuming the guides are cut the same on the exhaust you can physically slide the same seal on them, too. However, like you, I worry about getting the exhaust guides dried up TOO much, and killing a guide (I have actually had this happen to me). I usually run the posi seals on the intake and a cheap set of umbrella seals on the exhaust.

I have run the Teflon selas exclusively for years and years on all the motors I build, intake and exhaust. No guide issues here.
Unfortunately they are a somewhat more precision sort of fit than the various rubber ones, and so require machining the guides to a specific size. Not something you can just stick onto an otherwise unmodified motor.
