LT1/LS1?

not that I've even got close to enough money to actually do this, but I'm curious... would an LS1 or LT1 fit in our cars? or my car anyway, if that makes any difference at all? It's a 91 Firebird.

With a properly sized shoehorn, ANY engine will fit inside your fenders . The problem you're going to run into with the LT1/LS1 is wiring it up. From what I understand, it's a MAJOR pain. Almost more worthwhile building up a 383/406 to compete. Anyone else??

The LT1 would be the easier of the two. It uses the same basic(no flames...i did say basic)block as the thirdgens. The LS1 is a completely different design.
