crank?
crank?
Okay, here I go sounding stupid again but being 17 and just getting into cars, I'm learning so bare with me. I'm looking through my manual (the one that comes with the car from the dealership) and as I look over the notes that the previous driver made about what he did at diffrent mileage, I see that at 77000 (when i think he bought the car) he put in oil, oil fitler, air cleaner, and crank . I have no idea what he means by crank. Can anyone give me any interpretations?

No clue unless he was talking about the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve. Also on some models, particularly TBI's, there is a PCV filter that sits in the air filter housing and connects to a hose going to the passenger side of the crankcase.
