how to make a stroker?

hey people can u guys tell me what would have to be done to a 350 to turn it into a 383 stroker? does it matter if u have a carbed engine?/?

Transmission: Jerico 4 speed

Axle/Gears: Ford 9" 3.60

383 is a 350 block bored .030 over, with a 400 crank.

whether its carbureted or not has absolutly nothing to do with displacement.
