Question about the Disco Era

What was the smallest size V8 that GM put in the Suburban in the 70's to early 80's?

1970-77 in a 4x2 1/2 ton, had a 250 6 1-barrel. Couldn't find a 78-80 Suburban listing at Alldata.com

I guess the next engine size was a 350 V8 with a two barrel carb i.e. Rochester 2GC. I don't know when/if they offered it with a 305.
